Global Image Group Ltd,is looking for very experienced Full Time Sales & Marketing Manager.
The GI Sales Manager chosen will handle a team of GI Account Managers, and will push them to hit the weekly targets set by the management.
This Team will be directed to sell Printing, Branding & Graphic Design solutions to Small, Medium & Large companies.

Qualification:1) Sales Management Qualification
2) Minimum 2 years experience in similar field
3) Experience at handling a team of different personalities, and able to bring out the best in them, to reach company targets.
4) Must Have a Ready Corporate Clientèle to approach
5) Team Player
6) minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing.
7) Good communication skills with the English Language.
8) Well Dressed & impressive Direction & Leadership Skills.
9) Well organised
10) Good computer Knowledge
Your Role
1) Making Presentations to Customers
2) Creating Sales Strategies for team to meet targets.
3) Creating proposals, Quotations, and booking meetings with high personality clients for GI Account Managers to approach.
4) Going Out on Sales to meet team sales target.
5) following up collections from clients.
6) Preparing a job card for sales brought in.
7) Being firm with Non performing GI Account Managers, and if necessary, hand them over to Management, for termination of contract.
8) Minimum Weekly Sales team Target: +500,000/-
9) Oversee events, marketing and promotional items for approval with Design Department.
10) Handle payments for transport to sales people.
11) Having regular meetings with sales team.
12) Any roles given by Management.
Wage/Salary: 25,000/- + 2.5% commission's of group sales Revenue
