We are looking for a talented, energetic, ambitious and self motivated individual keen on a career enhancing opportunity, to fill the position of Traffic/Scheduling Executive.
Reporting to the Traffic Coordinator, the incumbent will assist in ensuring that client and station advertisements run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving advertisement placement orders and ensuring timely system entries.
- Ensure accurate client billing.
- Interface with various team members, prepare advert schedules and roll out as per schedule.
- Reconcile client billing against implemented schedule.
- Act as liaison with the monitoring companies and confirm accuracy of received data.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports to provide evaluation feedback.
Qualifications
- University Degree preferably in a Mathematics related field
- Professional training in a relevant field
- 1 to 2 Years' experience in a similar position preferably in the Media Industry
The Person
- Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- High proficiency in Maths is mandatory
- Good knowledge of ICT is an added advantage.
