Request for Proposal for a Consultancy to Roll out the EAC Statistics Database to Rwanda and Burundi
The East African Community (EAC) is a regional organisation mandated by the Governments of the Republics of Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania to spearhead the East African economic, social and political integration.
The EAC is now seeking to engage a reputable firm or team of consultants with extensive and demonstrated knowledge in developing web based statistics databases to facilitate information and data exchange. The statistics database will mainly facilitate information exchange among the EAC Partner States within the framework of the EAC Treaty and the National Statistics Develop¬ment Plans of the EAC Partner States.
Procurement of consultancy services will be done through competitive bidding in accordance with the EAC procurement rules. Interested bidders should submit their SEALED bids clearly marked “Tender for Consultancy Services to roll out the EAC statistics database to Rwanda and Burundi accompanied with a non-refundable fee of USD 100 in Banker’s Cheque.
